Warranty

The products in our catalog have the legal guarantee of 3 years established in the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16). If you detect any defect in the merchandise that we have delivered to you, inform us without delay of its lack of conformity through the means of contact on our website and, where appropriate, we will indicate where you should send the merchandise. Once our technical service has been able to verify the error and its assessment, we will proceed to the replacement, repair or refund the amount paid and the shipping costs. For any clarification, we are at your disposal at info@bimobility.es.

 

Returns

You can exercise a return within a maximum period of 14 days.

 In order to manage your return, we need you to send us your request by email to info@bimobility.es, together with the purchase invoice. By email we will notify you of receipt of the same and you can send the merchandise to Billot Mobility SL, C/Aragón 56, 08110 Montcada i Reixac (Barcelona). You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items are exempt from return that:

– are not in their original packaging

– are used, damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control

– have undergone any manipulation other than that necessary to check the characteristics and condition of the delivered merchandise

– is returned 14 days after it was delivered by the carrier.

 As soon as we receive your return, we will send you an email to notify you. After inspection, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

 The amount of the refund can only be reduced in case you have carried out unauthorized actions with the merchandise before sending it and the payment will be made by the method of your original payment.

 

Cancellations

You have a period of 2 hours from the time the payment is made to notify us by email at info@bimobility.es of your cancellation request. If the term has not elapsed, we will cancel your purchase and refund your money in the same means in which the payment was made. Contact us if you have questions about your order.

 

 Replacement

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged.
